Digital Delivery Policy

Back to Solid currently sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully processed, your digital product will be made available for download and/or sent to the email address used at checkout.

In most cases, access is provided immediately. Occasionally, email delivery may be delayed by spam filtering, email provider issues, or other technical factors outside our control.

If you do not receive access to your purchase, first check your spam or junk folder. If the download is still unavailable, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout.

Digital delivery times may vary slightly due to technical issues, but no shipping fees apply to digital-only purchases.
